MMario Schjetnan is one of the premier architects, and the leading landscape architect in Mexico. He is currently commissioned to renovate Chapultepec Park, the largest park in Mexico City and one of the largest parks in the world.

Upon entering this garden you have crossed one of the most dangerous imaginary lines in the world. You have crossed into a Garden called California. The Garden, like the state itself, is cultivated and maintained by Mexican Immigrants every day. As you walk amongst wooden boxes filled with fruits and vegetables, you are invited to water, prune, weed and experience the effort required to maintain such a garden.
